Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Web Developer to elevate our digital presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise in WordPress to lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem, building innovative features, templates, and custom plugins that enhance performance, security, and reliability.
  • Pursue modern stacks such as React, Next.js, headless CMS, custom APIs, and integrations with booking, CRM, and payments systems.
  • Drive SEO outcomes by implementing technical SEO strategies, schema markup, Core Web Vitals improvements, site architecture, internal linking, and content templates that rank and convert.
  • Improve visual design and UX through clean component libraries, accessible UI, and mobile-first experiences that are fast and delightful.
  • Elevate conversion rates by creating testable landing pages, running A/B tests, tracking funnels, and using analytics to inform evidence-based decisions.
  • Maintain high standards for accessibility and quality by following WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines, writing maintainable code, and implementing automated checks and CI/CD processes.
  • Own telemetry and reliability by setting up monitoring and error tracking, managing hosting and CDN, and ensuring healthy and secure environments.
Tech Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress, PHP, custom themes, ACF, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind or similar utility CSS, and component-driven design.
  • DevOps and hosting expertise, including Git, GitHub, CI/CD, AWS or similar, Docker, and Cloudflare.
  • SEO and analytics skills, including GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Hotjar or similar, A/B testing tools, and Rank Math or Yoast.
  • Performance optimization, image compression, caching, lazy loading, database tuning, and Core Web Vitals expertise.
