About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies in accordance with GAAP
  • Establishing policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Leading and motivating a team of accountants to achieve our financial goals
  • Overseeing the preparation of interim and audited financial statements
  • Ensuring company compliance with reportorial requirements and pronouncements of government agencies

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Exceptional analytical skills and knowledge of accounting systems and procedures
  • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Independent, responsible, and possesses a sharp analytical mind
  • Able to handle people, trustworthy, and alert
  • At least 28 years old
