Appointment Scheduling Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive appointment scheduling representative to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect potential clients through phone calls to establish meaningful connections and schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales representatives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and unique selling points.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria, ensuring that only high-potential opportunities are pursued.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our sales team, utilizing CRM software to manage call outcomes and lead records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and call outcomes in the CRM system, providing valuable insights for future sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary prospect information, supporting their efforts to close deals and achieve targets.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue generated.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a phone-based sales support role, demonstrating success in generating new business opportunities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor that resonates with potential clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management, enabling efficient and effective lead qualification and appointment scheduling.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain accurate records of lead interactions.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to achieving targets, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Capacity to articulate technical concepts and value propositions clearly over the phone, effectively communicating the benefits and unique selling points of our solutions.
  • Understanding of the advertising, marketing, and/or CX industries is a plus, providing valuable context and insight for successful appointment scheduling and sales efforts.
