Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and oversee our tax team, ensuring high-quality service to clients while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust returns using specialized software.
  • Review individual and business tax returns prepared by staff members.
  • Provide tax planning insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage status tracking and completion of open items such as tax issues with government agencies.
  • Manage engagement scope, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
  • Supervise and train tax accountants to ensure accurate work.
  • Communicate with clients regarding complex issues and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve technical tax issues, involving senior management when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPA license is mandatory for this role.
  • Master of Taxation degree is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience, including review responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with Ultra Tax and related tax preparation software.
  • Strong leadership skills, including team supervision and coaching.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to see the big picture.
