Responsibilities include:
  • Developing solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and creating functional and balanced solutions for business problems
  • Communicating effectively to ask questions, seek requirements, and convey knowledge on technical and complex topics
  • Evaluating analyses, problem definitions, requirements, and solutions to determine operational feasibility
  • Understanding system architecture and software design principles with an emphasis on usability
  • Protecting operations by maintaining information confidentiality and prioritizing security
  • Troubleshooting by analyzing development and service issues
  • Assisting the business in implementing cost-effective technology improvements and solutions
Required education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business management, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and API integrations; familiarity with DNS, database management is a plus
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing backend solutions for website content management, styling homepages based on designs, managing DNS and databases, performing website maintenance, collaborating with teams, utilizing WordPress and APIs, documenting processes, and participating in team meetings.
