Assortment Planner

The Category Buyer will be responsible for developing and implementing category assortment strategies that align with business objectives.

• Develops and implements category assortment strategies that drive business growth and meet organizational goals.
• Negotiates with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the organization.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of category strategies.

• Relevant degree in a field such as Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Nutrition, or Business & Supply Chain Management.
• Experience in retail or food industry, with knowledge of local and global market trends.
• Advanced negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed procurement decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
