Technical Solutions Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the role of Technical Solutions Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for technology and is eager to make a significant impact in this field.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and proposing customized technical solutions that align with client-specific requirements. They will also be involved in installing, configuring, and integrating new systems and software within clients' IT environments.

Additionally, the Technical Solutions Engineer will be required to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions to clients.

They will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all technical aspects throughout the sales process are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and propose customized technical solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' IT environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to handle technical aspects of the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in designing and architecting IT solutions.
  • Experience working with multiple technology companies selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Ability to understand prospects/customers business objectives and priorities.
  • Passion for technology and ability to act as an evangelist for products.
  • Experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting.

Candidates must have worked for multiple different vendors in a Technical Solutions Engineering/Architect or Senior Support capacity over the course of 6+ years, selling complex IT solutions into large enterprises.
