Responsibilities:
  1. We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Officer to join our team, responsible for all internal and external communication and coordination of project Central.
  2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and clarifying customer requirements throughout the process, forming requirements documents and tracking project requirements, organizing relevant departments to analyze user requirements, and formulating feasible solutions.
  3. This role requires a strong understanding of project management regulations and project conditions, with the ability to formulate a reasonable and controllable project implementation plan.
  4. The successful candidate will determine the work content and detailed structure of the project, formulate and implement the project schedule, control and manage the project schedule.
  5. In addition, they will communicate smoothly, effectively and timely with other functional departments, provide timely feedback to customers, and promptly and effectively promote relevant requirements of other functional departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • A degree or Master's Degree in Logistics or a relevant field is required.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in expanding Express business, Ecommerce or a relevant field is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will have a good command of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • A good command of English is essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills between departments are required.
  • Tactical thinking, proactivity, and a commitment to outstanding work are essential qualities for this role.
  • The candidate should be willing to work at McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City for 6 days per week.
  • Immediate start is preferred.
