Design Documentation Specialist

This role involves creating accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit. The ideal candidate will be able to translate creative concepts into precise documentation, working closely with a collaborative team on projects that prioritize light, material, and context.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce comprehensive general arrangement plans, sections, and elevations using Revit
  • Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively
  • Communicate and collaborate with the team in a remote environment
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines

The successful candidate will possess strong Revit skills, experience in preparing construction documentation, and excellent attention to detail. A portfolio of relevant work is required for this position.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Revit with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills
  • Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats
  • Excellent communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas
