Product Development Associate - Surgical Innovation

Key role in supporting the product management team to drive strategic growth and success. As a Product Development Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with market research, product development, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze data to support product strategy, development, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Define product requirements based on research and customer feedback.
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch activities.
  • Coordinate product launches, including marketing materials and sales tools.
  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on positioning, campaigns, and training.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
  • Basic understanding of the healthcare market, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy development frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
