Job Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with clients to obtain timely responses and elections from fund managers.
  2. Submit responses and elections in a timely manner, ensuring acceptance by custodian banks.
  3. Verify entitlements with custodian banks for daily corporate action events.
  4. Process trades, corporate action events, and cash and stock transactions accurately and on time.
  5. Review reconciliation discrepancies and make necessary adjustments to the accounting system.
  6. Manage trade exceptions in the system exception queue.
  7. Act as a liaison between onshore and proxy vendors.
  8. Provide regular reports to business units and clients.
  9. Work within existing procedures and processes, maintaining clear documentation.
  10. Support the team, participate in training, and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of investment experience.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Customer service orientation and a desire to learn new skills.
