We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, steel, and other materials.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Measuring and Cutting: Use measuring tools to take precise measurements, cut, shape, and assemble materials with accuracy.
• Reading Blueprints: Follow blueprints and building plans to ensure projects meet client needs and specifications.
• Installing Fixtures: Install windows, doors, cabinets, molding, and hardware efficiently and safely.
• Maintaining Structures: Inspect and replace damaged structures and fixtures promptly to maintain the integrity of our buildings.
• Training and Development: Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
• Safety Protocols: Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and workplace safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot construction issues with the project team to find efficient solutions and minimize delays.
