About this role:
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of a team of Business Development Officers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed their individual and team sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales supervisor or sales management role, preferably in the chemicals industry.
- Develop and implement sales action plans to drive growth and expand market share in the chemicals industry
- Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve sales performance
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to address their requirements
