We enable our customers to achieve their desired to-be SAP-based Enterprise Architecture in Utilities/Oil & Gas Industry. As a trusted advisor, this expert guides our customers through their cloud business transformation journey.

This role involves defining the account strategy by working closely with SAP's Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem. The Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor crafts the to-be business and solution architectures, designs a transformation roadmap, and bridges the gap between the customer's business strategy and relevant solutions.

This position focuses on:

  • Supporting the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption and consumption.
  • Engaging with customers to support sales cycles throughout the Customer Value Journey as an integral member of the SAP account team.
  • Driving business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP organizations, the customer, and partners.
  • Providing a linkage from the customer to SAP product development leadership.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum 10 years' experience with software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor.
  • Proven track record of success in the Utilities/Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.
