SOURCE TALENT FOR SUCCESS

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of sourcing applicants through social media and other platforms
  • Develop and lead social media communication strategy to attract top talent
  • Screen qualification of candidates to match job requirements
  • Maintain internal and external communication with search firms and head hunters
  • Formulate a strategic talent acquisition framework and initiative
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, scheduling, initial screening, final interview, job offer, and onboarding
  • Organize and file HR-related documents
  • Maintain confidentiality of all records

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management is preferred but not required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and good leadership skills
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours when needed
