We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing direct to consumer Ecommerce and wholesale team. The Graphic Designer will work across our portfolio of brands, collaborating with skilled product and marketing teams to create visually engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and align with the brand vision.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a passion for fashion and footwear. They will collaborate with our skilled product and marketing teams to create designs that add value to the collective growth of the team and brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Conception, creation, and delivery of high-quality graphic design solutions to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple platforms.
  • Design and develop seasonal campaign assets such as email, social media content, home page design, product PDPs, logo development, brand books, image retouching, resizing, and formatting product and lifestyle images, packaging design, printed collateral, tradeshow/event graphics/image collateral, and creating product swatches by color for each style.
  • Maintaining and organizing photo library and design work on our server.
  • Any additional tasks needed to support business growth and strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
  • Minimum of 6 years working experience in design with a focus on fashion.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. A team player who feels comfortable leading design exploration and execution.
  • Additional skills not required but a plus: Adobe After Effects or video/animation, illustration, copywriting ability, experience in the footwear or apparel industry, experience designing home page content, email featuring products, and promotional marketing.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaking and typing skills.
  • Own computer and internet access.
  • Location: Remote.
  • Work hours: Monday – Friday, EST 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
