A senior video editor is responsible for overseeing the editing and assembly of raw footage into compelling and impactful videos that align with our brand's storytelling style and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the edit and assembly of raw footage to create engaging video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand video objectives, narrative structure, and desired visual effects.
- Trim, rearrange, and enhance video content for a smooth flow.
- Incorporate graphics, text, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling and overall video quality.
- Utilize video editing software (e.g. Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects) and other relevant tools to edit and enhance video content.
- Ensure consistency in visual style, color grading, and audio quality throughout the video.
- Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- Excellent knowledge of audio balancing, sound design, and color grading.
- Proficient in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Skill in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively.
