SMMEDDC is looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team.
The salary is competitive and open to negotiation.
This is a full-time position located on-site in Pasay.
ResponsibilitiesMain Tasks:
- Manage overall schedules, commitments, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
- Mentor and guide direct reports to achieve their best.
- Evaluate departmental needs and assign tasks effectively.
- Process financial documents and new hire onboarding.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
