Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Virtual Team Lead to support daily operations, ensure consistent communication across teams, and maintain productivity in a fully remote environment.

This role will involve coordinating with team members to support operational workflows, monitoring progress on assigned tasks and meeting timelines, facilitating virtual meetings and maintaining regular communication, assisting in problem-solving and escalating issues when needed, supporting process documentation and remote team alignment, and providing regular updates to leadership on team or project status.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with team members to support operational workflows
  • Monitor progress on assigned tasks and meet deadlines
  • Facilitate virtual meetings and maintain regular communication
  • Assist in problem-solving and escalate issues when needed
  • Support process documentation and remote team alignment
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on team or project status
  • Maintain an organized digital workspace and records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in remote or virtual management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Computer Memory/RAM: 8.00 GB
  • Computer Operating System: At least Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura
  • Headset: Any USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
  • Camera: Capable of clear and crisp video output
Additional Requirements:
  • Back-up system capable of powering workstation for at least 3 hours
  • Primary internet connection: Minimum of 8mb/s
  • Back-up internet connection: Minimum of 5mb/s
