Job Overview

The Associate Solutions Consultant plays a vital role in the implementation of our Revenue Cycle Technology, encompassing Hospital and Professional Fee Front End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in internal assessment meetings with our Accounts Receivable Services department to develop design documentation using best practice recommendations of our AnalytX Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.
  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation to pseudocode intended for our Development and QA Teams.
  • Problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to our project team.
  • Support clients utilizing our AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with our Development and QA Teams.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patients' protected health information (PHI) in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Proven capability specifically with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.
