Job Summary:
LBG Industries Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the Maintenance team in Cavite. The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting work details, preparing and scheduling preventive maintenance programs.

About the Role:
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will oversee machine repairs, ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO), manufacturing systems, and safety protocols. They will also work closely with the team to implement continuous improvement programs and preventive maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Maintenance team and document all work activities.
  • Prepare and schedule preventive maintenance programs.
  • Oversee machine repairs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with the team to implement continuous improvement programs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
  • Experience in rubber manufacturing set-up.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of quality systems (ISO).
  • Manufacturing systems expertise.
  • Preventive maintenance program implementation experience.
  • Continuous improvement programs management.

Working Conditions:
The successful candidate must be willing to work under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills. A competitive salary will be offered to the right candidate. Estimated salary range: PHP 120,000 - PHP 180,000 per annum.
