Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our quality management systems.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop and recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve quality.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-3 years' experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of bug tracking tools such as Bugzilla and MantisBT.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, and Travis CI.
- Experience with automation tools such as Cucumber and Appium.
- Knowledge of test management tools such as QTest and Zephyr.
- Collaboration skills with Confluence and Microsoft Office.
- Technical skills in SDLC, testing methodologies, programming/scripting (Java, Python), API testing, and SQL.
- Soft skills in attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving, communication, and time management.
