Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior executives and managing various business operations tasks.

  • Schedule Management: You will be responsible for managing the executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, setting up agendas, and coordinating logistics.
  • Travel and Guest Support: You will plan travel itineraries, arrange meetings with key stakeholders, and coordinate guest accommodations.
  • Events Management: You will plan and execute events related to the executive's function, including budgeting and cost-effectiveness analysis.
  • Vendor Sourcing: You will source vendors specific to the needs of the business and manage vendor relationships.
  • Record Keeping: You will handle correspondence, memoranda, contracts, and proposals with high levels of discretion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in administrative support roles.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own time and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
