Job Opportunity

The Product Marketing Content Specialist role reports directly to the Product Marketing Manager, providing key operational and administrative support mainly to the content subdomain of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support development of product content in the product marketing domain, including product collateral, product release content, and other executions.
  • Assist in creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Help with other Product Marketing functions, such as product roadmap planning, competitor research, especially if tasks involve product content.
  • Execute and operationalize all product marketing work plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective results.
  • Pitch ideas and strategies for product launches and execute activities, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Provide creative suggestions for crafting value propositions, messaging, product content, and marketing materials, enhancing brand visibility and appeal.
  • Manage and track marketing materials, information, and content maintained by the Product Marketing Team, alerting the manager to issues that require attention and resolution.
  • Ensure all content marketing plan KPIs, objectives, and deadlines are met, demonstrating expertise and competence in the field.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least one year of experience in product marketing, preferably in product content or copywriting. Fresh graduates with relevant marketing experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Can multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet goals and objectives.
  • Methodical, meticulous, and well-organized, with strong analytical abilities and a persistent approach to problem-solving.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English; good in business correspondence.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
