Power Electronics Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at XP Power LLC. As a key member of our Engineering Solutions Group, you will be responsible for designing custom power delivery products.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 10-12 years of work experience in mixed signal circuit design, simulations, and test of power electronics.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AC/DC and DC/DC switch mode power supplies using various topologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet all DfX requirements.
  • Participate in research and development of new technologies.
  • Perform circuit simulations, DFMEA, component stress analysis, reliability prediction calculations, and Design Verification Testing.
  • Prepare documentation for product release and support RMA group with root causes analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • RF and High Voltage experience is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of control theory.

Location:
• Based in The Philippines
• Must be amenable to future RTO/Hybrid onsite reporting in Ortigas, Metro Manila
