About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team at Adaca, a leading provider of software development solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Python Django/Flask.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain web applications from conception to deployment.
  • Design, implement, and optimize server-side functionality using Django, including database modeling, API development, and server-side logic to support front-end interactions.
  • Integrate external systems and services through RESTful APIs, SOAP Web services ensuring data exchange and interoperability between various components of the application.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the application, including unit tests, integration tests, and support end-to-end testing, to ensure high-quality, bug-free code.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal speed and efficiency of the application.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the codebase, APIs, and application architecture, facilitating knowledge sharing and future development.
  • Implement security best practices to protect the application from potential threats and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and contribute to the improvement of development processes.
