About the Role

As a key member of our retail fashion team, you will oversee the daily operations of our stores across the Quezon City Metro Manila area. This full-time position is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our retail network, contributing to the overall success of the business.

  • Manage and lead a team of store managers and sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Implement operational policies and procedures across multiple store locations
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to optimize product availability and minimize wastage
  • Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and visual merchandising strategies
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive brand experience
  • Identify and address training needs for the store teams
  • Work closely with the head office on strategic planning and decision-making
Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations management role within the retail fashion industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
