About the RoleThe Quantitative Fieldwork Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality studies that meet client specifications. This position involves working closely with Project Managers to ensure timely project delivery, effective collaboration with team members, and taking full responsibility for sampling and setup aspects.
- Execute end-to-end project tasks, including link setup, testing, study invitations, exclusion lists, and incentive reconciliation.
- Develop and manage sampling strategies for allocated projects, from internal invites to custom recruitment.
- Closely collaborate with Project Assistants to optimize project recruitment methodology, maximizing results through available options.
- Build and implement sampling plans for assigned projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Foster strong partnerships with other teams to leverage internal sample resources via phone recruitment, emails, and custom solutions.
- Regularly review projects and inform Project Managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted, allowing for timely adjustments.
- Provide detailed recruitment updates to the Project Management team upon request, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Ensure all projects are completed within stipulated client timelines, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel samples are insufficient to reach target sample sizes, showcasing your adaptability.
- Monitor and report on sampling performance at a project level, driving data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrate expertise in M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to maximize their use in supporting project deliverability.
- Respond promptly to Project Managers and stakeholders' requests, fostering a culture of exceptional communication.
- Attend critical meetings with PMs regarding assigned projects to discuss project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Take meticulous notes and complete checklists during key meetings and share them with attendees afterwards, promoting transparency.
- Host market research pretest/pilot interviews for clients, ensuring timely and efficient conduct of interviews, meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Track, monitor, and report on custom recruitment performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support PMs in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing in a timely manner, upholding our commitment to efficiency.
- Set up Dynamic Audiences on projects based on client specifications, demonstrating your attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, ideally with relevant coursework in market research or healthcare.
- 0 – 1 year of market research experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure, with a passion for continuous learning.
- Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to meet and exceed key metrics, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc.
- Interest/natural curiosity or previous experience/exposure within the healthcare space, with a desire to contribute meaningfully.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks throughout the workday, maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), with excellent language skills.
