At Philtech, we are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our space planning department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our eMapping database integrity.

**Responsibilities**

  • Maintain and manage multiple store layout folders and store maps to ensure seamless updates and changes flow to downstream systems.
  • Collaborate with Category strategic direction to adapt and interpret business goals based on individual store layouts and challenges.
  • Analyze data gaps and errors in the eMapping using reporting tools and store feedback to gauge the level of data risk.
  • Review store authorization reporting (unallocated) and take action as needed to monitor/correct schematic versioning and placement.
  • Provide support and guidance to Division Space Planning for regional/partial map updates and management of future map updates.

**Requirements**

  • 2 years Store Stocking or reset team experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience in store-level merchandising/retail environment and knowledge of category reset processes and procedures would be beneficial.
  • Strong pc skills and working knowledge of Albertsons internal systems are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as team-oriented organizational skills, are required.

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Philtech, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Layout Designers on new store/remodel schedules to ensure category initiatives are captured.
