  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create CAD-quality drawings of proposed projects, including CAPEX, Business Development, and Non-Regulated Business initiatives.
  • Encode and plot planimetric and topographic survey data for various projects.
  • Assist in field investigations and inspections for new or modified business areas, warehouses, treatment plants, and other infrastructure.
  • Prepare electronic files of Contract Drawings and Construction drawings as requested by Contractors.
  • Update Maynilad Standard Drawings.
  • Perform other related engineering tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of an Associate degree in a technical field, preferably Drafting—Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Architectural programs.
  • Preferably with at least two CAD-related training certificates within the past three years.
Skills and Abilities
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in computer software related to computer-aided design, such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.
  • Ability to create and utilize documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
