About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Risk Control Expert to join our team at RCBC. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective Operational Risk Management Framework across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the Operational Risks Management Framework (ORMF) across RCBC.
  • Develop and maintain tools for monitoring and reporting operational risks, including RCSA, KRI, and CST.
  • Analyze identified operational risks and controls, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for high-risk areas and develop control procedures and/or corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare risk management reports summarizing results and status on the implementation of ORM tools by various business units.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in a business-related field or finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Banking Operations, Operational Risk, or Audit functions.
  • Working knowledge and experience in risk assessment techniques, methodology, and its application in banking operations.
