About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information in a timely and professional manner. You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using company systems.

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Resolves customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong proficiency in English communication, with above-average to excellent language skills. A minimum of 0 to 11 months or 1 year of experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required. We also require a High School or Senior High School graduate with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
