Job Role

The Video Content Creator is a key member of our digital team, responsible for growing our online presence and supporting the marketing department with daily tasks.

This role combines on-camera skills with behind-the-scenes organization and dependability, making it perfect for someone who excels in storytelling and has strong time management abilities.

As the face of our brand on social media and a crucial team player, the successful candidate will assist with marketing coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging video content that aligns with our brand goals.
  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
  • Be the on-camera personality for content that's authentic, humorous, and engaging.
Content Creation and Management
  • Content Development:
    • Develop content strategies and ideas that meet brand objectives.
    • Plan and execute content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
    • Edit additional video content featuring strong content flow, appealing graphics, user-generated content, product visuals, or other talents.
    • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
    • Track and report on content performance to inform future strategy.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and campaign execution.
    • Help organize creative assets, update marketing calendars, and track deadlines.
    • Support influencer outreach, product gifting, and content follow-up.
    • Organize and manage marketing files, folders, and internal documents to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: At least 2 years of college.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media.
  • Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro), familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop), and basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • English Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level).
  • Time Management: Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
