
Financial Record Specialist

As a skilled accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining organized financial records to aid in reporting and calculating bill totals.
- Recording and maintaining business financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
- General bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining and balancing the general ledger, processing vendors' invoices, and reconciling entries.
- Performing activities related to accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
- Managing accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Preparing and submitting expense reports, adjusting journal entries, and creating amortization schedules.
Key qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge and proficiency in automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, reconciliation, and audit.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle numerous deadlines.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and work independently.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a proven 3+ years of previous work experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping.
