The role of the Audit Manager is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting processes, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key part in achieving this goal by providing reasonable assurance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in conducting annual risk assessments and work plan development exercises.
  • Perform independent audits and reviews, providing value-added consultative services on internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
  • Supervise audit teams and effectively manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Share knowledge, expertise, and experience with team members, promoting collaboration and excellence.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure effective oversight.
  • Conduct audits in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (ISPPIA) and the IA Charter.
Deliverables
  • Customer: Delivery of overall work plans, implementation rates, and support for attaining customer satisfaction targets.
  • Process: Implementation of process improvement initiatives and maximization of analytical tools.
  • People: Individual development and sustained engagement in organizational activities.
  • Financial: Compliance with approved budget plans and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
