About the Role

As a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial insights and identifying areas for improvement across business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Business Evaluation: Evaluate and analyze business operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  • Strategic Decision-Making: Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and Operations.
  • Industry Research: Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
