Job Overview

This is a critical role in our Security Operations and Incident Response team where you will play a key part in strengthening our defenses, protecting our clients, and shaping best practices in security operations.

You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to security events and incidents using advanced tools and established processes. Conducting thorough investigations of escalated security threats and providing detailed post-incident analysis are also key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and legal as needed to address and resolve security incidents.

  • Tune and evaluate existing security solutions to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in computer science or related field (bachelor's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in information security and technology, including at least 2 years in security operations or incident response.
  • Vendor certifications for operating and managing security solutions required.
About the Role:

This role requires a strong understanding of IT security service management concepts, familiarity with security frameworks, and proficiency with firewalls, SIEM, EDR, PAM/PIM, and network security tools.
