Job Description

The Financial Accounting Specialist role at Julie's Franchise Corporation involves performing various accounting tasks, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including the Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
  • Account Reconciliations: Reconcile all balance sheet accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Journal Entries: Post adjusting journal entries based on accounting standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of 4-year Business or Management course with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience or adept knowledge in Basic Accounting, Management Accounting, Management Advisory Services, including but not limited to: Bookkeeping, Auditing, Bank Reconciliation, Account Reconciliation, Proposing Adjusting Entries.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, MS Excel skills, and attention to detail.
