Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)

This role offers a chance to work with cutting-edge cloud infrastructure and contribute to the growth of a dynamic fintech environment.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cloud architecture. Your responsibilities include designing, provisioning, and operating scalable infrastructure that supports tens of thousands of API transactions per second across multi-cloud environments.

You will also be responsible for building multi-tenant Kubernetes environments, implementing service mesh, ingress, and routing layers, and improving time-to-first-API and time-to-production for engineering teams.

In addition, you will collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed policy-as-code, audit logging, and monitoring to meet regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and operate production-grade cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads.
  2. Implement scalable service mesh, ingress, and routing layers to support API versioning, rate limiting, and enable self-service infrastructure provisioning, deployment pipelines, and observability tooling through developer portals and golden paths.
  3. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to embed policy-as-code, audit logging, and monitoring to meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating production-grade cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes workloads.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures supporting large-scale, low-latency API services.
  • Strong command of Kubernetes internals, including operators, Helm, RBAC, admission controllers, CNI, CSI, and NetworkPolicies.
