We are seeking a dynamic QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function for the Healthcare BPO account.

Job Description

The successful candidate will develop and implement QA strategies and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. This includes conducting regular audits, assessments, and providing feedback to teams for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA function for the Healthcare BPO account
  • Develop and implement QA strategies and processes
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights for process optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid PHRN or USRN license
  • At least 4-5 years of experience as a QA Manager in a Healthcare account in the BPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare BPO operations, processes, and compliance standards
