About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in designing, developing and testing new features for a cutting-edge payment platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Designing, developing and testing new features for the pay.com.au platform
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with product managers and designers to create user-friendly interfaces
  • Optimization: Optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Code Quality: Implementing and upholding best practices for code quality and security
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborating with team members to share your knowledge and experience to grow the team's capabilities and skillset
Requirements:
  • AWS Experience: Proficiency in AWS services
  • Node.js and Typescript: Strong experience with Node.js and Typescript
  • React and Front-end Technologies: Strong experience with React and other front-end technologies
  • RESTful APIs: Experience working with RESTful APIs
  • Database Systems: Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Mentorship: Experience mentoring and managing a team
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills
