We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Front Office Host.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to guests throughout their stay.
As a Front Office Host, you will be responsible for engaging with both colleagues and guests, responding to inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to guests at all stages of their stay
- Engage with colleagues and guests through meaningful conversations
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Tourism Management or equivalent
- Possess good customer relations, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in either Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean is an advantage
- Working knowledge of OPERA system
- Entry-level candidate with a passion for hospitality
