ESG Specialist

Azeus Systems Limited is a leading provider of ConveneESG Software, dedicated to supporting clients in their sustainability reporting journey.

We are currently building an ESG Product team to support our ConveneESG Software product. As an ESG Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support needed by clients in creating templates and preparing sustainability reports using applicable local provisions and/or frameworks.

• Data Mapping and Analysis: Work on mapping and extraction of qualitative/quantitative data to be used for peer disclosure comparison or benchmarking from relevant documents such as sustainability reports and annual reports.
• Client Onboarding and Support: Support client onboarding and software handover by organizing and gathering client needs and facilitating software walkthrough/client training.
• Disclosure Review and Recommendations: Prepare disclosure review summary and provide disclosure recommendations to clients based on best practices and upcoming requirements in the covered market or jurisdiction.

You will also be responsible for reviewing draft reports, managing high-quality standards, and improving existing templates.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Development/Relations, Social Science, or Interdisciplinary Studies.
• Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sustainability/ESG-related roles, preferably with disclosure analysis, data extraction, and report writing experience.
• Skillset: Strong knowledge on different company disclosures and reporting requirements, excellent research, analytical, and time management skills, strong written and oral communication skills (English).

This role offers a hybrid setup until an indefinite schedule, work tools will be provided, and a successful background check and valid NBI clearance will be required before the start date.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to further development of processes and improvements in the ESG product offering by collaborating with colleagues within the team as well as from other departments.
