Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team.

  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments. They must possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Additionally, they should be comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.


  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
