- Timely and accurate completion of tasks related to final preparation of bakery products.
- Inventory management of bakery finishing supplies.
- Ordering of raw materials.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any food & beverage service management related course.
- At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in the F&B industry.
- Well-versed in hotel restaurant operations/related industry.
- Up-to-date with new trends available in the market.
