Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Senior Baker's performance will be measured by the following KPIs:

  • Timely and accurate completion of tasks related to final preparation of bakery products.
  • Inventory management of bakery finishing supplies.
  • Ordering of raw materials.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or any food & beverage service management related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the same capacity in the F&B industry.
  • Well-versed in hotel restaurant operations/related industry.
  • Up-to-date with new trends available in the market.
