Senior C# Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Senior C# Developer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong application development skills, particularly in C#, as well as excellent Object-Oriented Programming abilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large-scale applications, and be comfortable with design, development, and maintenance tasks.

Additionally, the successful applicant should possess exceptional leadership skills, allowing them to lead and mentor a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#.
  • Content Creation: Create new and updated large scale content websites using the Umbraco CMS system.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply advanced Object-Oriented Programming techniques to create efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Database Management: Optimize and maintain MS SQL Server and MongoDB databases to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience working in application development using C#.
  • Skills: Excellent Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Technology: Experience in MS SQL Server.
  • Aptitudes: Ability to react well and quickly to frequent project demands and requirement changes.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Good communication skills, able to explain ideas to both technical and non-technical staff.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task.
  • Leadership: Able to lead a team of developers.
