Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Scrum Maturity Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in coaching and facilitating Agile transformations, as well as a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, which involves guiding Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Development Teams in adopting Agile principles and practices.

Responsibilities
The Scrum Maturity Coach will be responsible for assessing the Scrum maturity of our teams and organization, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance our Agile practices. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent facilitation and coaching abilities to drive change and improve team performance. Additionally, the Scrum Maturity Coach will work closely with our Product Owners to refine and manage the product backlog, ensuring that our projects are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching and facilitating Agile transformations, as well as a proven track record of driving business results through Agile adoption. A deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, strong leadership and communication skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
