Senior Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the MERN stack, including MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Scalable Web Applications: Utilize the MERN stack to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and usability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Optimize Applications: Continuously optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users.
  • Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in regular code reviews to contribute to a collaborative, high-quality development process, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues across the entire stack, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain Clear Documentation: Ensure project deliverables meet timelines by maintaining clear documentation and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MERN Stack Experience: 3+ years of experience working with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), showcasing expertise in RESTful APIs and third-party APIs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
