Job Title: Infrastructure Leadership Role

We are seeking an exceptional technical leader to spearhead our IT Operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in IT, excellent communication skills, and be confident in their ability to drive business growth through technology excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-priority support to system users, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently resolve complex issues and maximize system availability.
  • Analyze frequently faced system challenges and implement process improvements.
  • IDentify critical areas for improvement and minimize risks.
  • Promote automation and reduce issue frequency by enhancing technology and minimizing ownership costs.
  • Maintain strict adherence to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensure seamless issue resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Be available on-call 24/7 for critical system support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4 years of college education in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to driving business success.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and take ownership of actions.
  • Solid technical knowledge in related business areas, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing business needs.
