Chief Business Intelligence Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Business Intelligence Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and analytics.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively with stakeholders, and possess a deep understanding of business processes and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnership and Performance Metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business objectives into measurable performance indicators.
- Analytics and Insight Generation
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Work with data from various sources to develop trusted reporting and analytics.
- Build and iterate on analytical models, dashboards, or data sets in collaboration with the analytics team.
- Data Validation and Governance
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of key business definitions across reporting and analytics.
- Support documentation of performance metrics, including definitions, formulas, ownership, and rationale.
- Contribute to a trusted source-of-truth semantic layer by collaborating on metric alignment.
- Enablement and Storytelling
- Deliver insights to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling and dashboard reviews.
- Help build a data-driven culture by enabling teams to ask better questions and explore answers using analytics tools.
- Support training and onboarding for teams new to self-service analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are desirable but not required.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields (open to strong candidates from other domains transitioning into analytics).
- Experience working with modern analytics tools (Power BI preferred) and strong understanding of performance metrics and measurement.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
